We're a small indie studio of video game enthusiasts from all over the world lead by Xú Xuánfèng(徐玄鳳, aka Fong), who specializes in many fields including but not limited to: 3D Art, Rigging, Animation, World optimization, C#, JavaScript, and has over 15 years of game development experience using Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, HeroEngine, RPG Maker.
We want to make a game that has both human and anthropomorphic(furry) characters and is more detailed than what is typically available in the anime genre, while making various enjoyable game modes, some of which encouraging eSport.
Gorilla Labs is a R & D facility that tests various methods of gameplay for competition and entertainment, the intent is to give the player as much creative versatility as possible while maintaining a consistent level of quality.
The first gamemode planned is Death Run, but we aim to have many more playable options, with maps ranging from medieval to futuristic and anything in-between!
After developing the game and designing the characters from scratch for about two years while having received zero funding for this project and our community size being less than 50 people, we've decided to pause developement for now as of 03-05-22
We are still attached to this project and in the future if there is funding we wish to resume development either on a improvised GLO or a different type of game if the interest in GLO remains low.
